Returns

To start your return you must email a team member at info@shelv.ca.

Shipping damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving your package. You will be held liable for damages reported after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

Brackets and Accessories

  • Bracket returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date and will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days upon receiving of your returned item.  
  • Unused accessories may also be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.

Shelves

  • All shelves are custom and made to order. Because we cannot resell them, we charge a 50% restocking fee.  
  • We do not reimburse shipping costs.
  • Please note that finish colours may vary in shade due to the wood's natural characteristics, and shelves will not be replaced for colour differences.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
